What is a Coaching Session?
A coaching session is you and me, talking on the phone, or meeting in person, for an hour a week.
During that session we’ll go over what you planned to do, what you actually did, and what went right or wrong. After that, we figure out how to adjust for the next week, and plan on what you’ll accomplish then. Lather, rinse, repeat.
That’s how lives are changed: with consistent action.
How much does it cost?
I charge $100 per hour after our initial consultation and we agree to move forward, and all the paperwork is signed.
Our initial contract is for 12 calls, scheduled weekly, so your initial upfront cost is $1,200 for about 3 months.
After that initial contract, we can either sign another one for another 12 weeks, or we can go to “as needed” for $150 per hour call, paid in advance of each call.
I have found that this amount keeps us both engaged, both motivated, and we both have skin in the game.
How do I get started?
Get in touch with me, and let me know you want a free introductory session.
I will send you a workbook to fill out, and send back to me. That will let us know where you are now. Once I get that, within 24 hours, I”ll call you to schedule our 2 hour session so we can talk about the results of the workbook, and what you should start doing to create the life that you desire.
Whether you hire me as your coach or not, you’re going to have a damn good plan for moving forward.
Why should I hire you?
The bottom line is that I’m good at what I do. When guys work with me, they get results.
I bring the discipline of a decorated former USAF Staff Sergeant, the sensitivity of an award nominated novelist, the life experience of someone who’s been on this planet for over 50 years, and the pragmatism and no bullshit attitude of a well trained coach who can help direct you and help you change your life.
That and I am a pretty neat guy to get to know.
How long do I have to commit to this?
The short answer is three months, or about 90 days.
I’ve found that this is just the right amount of time for you to gain some momentum, get some discipline back in your life and really see the amazing results that regular, weekly coaching can provide.
After that 90 days, you and I can talk about either ending the coaching relationship, or signing another contract for another 90 days. You’re the boss, you’re the decider, remember? I’m the Spock to your Kirk, or the Obi-Wan to your Luke. You may end the relationship at any time should you desire to do so.
What if I have another question?
Just contact me, and send me a message.
No question is too stupid, no question too embarrassing, no question too pedestrian. I am here to help, and I am here to serve. Anything you would like to ask, please do so with no worries, no commitment and absolute and complete privacy.
I look forward to hearing from you.
